Light the Night Walk - 2009 : Friday, October 2nd was the annual "Light the Night" walk for the Lukimia and Lymphoma Society or Western NY. I was again honored by being asked to photograph this tribute to the courage and determination of all afflicted with this disease.

Barbie Turns 50!! : The Ambassadors from Mary Therese Friel LLC were on hand at the Strong National Museum of Play on June 27th and 28th 2009 to help Barbie celebrate her 50th birthday. The models wore some of the more popular Barbie outfits from the past 50 years. There were even a few "Ken's" on hand to help withe festivities. Happy Birthday Barbie!!! May we all look that good at 50!!

Light the Night Walk 2008 : The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society held their "Light the Night Walk" on Friday, September 26th. I was honored to be asked to photograph the event for the society. It was and event that touched every human emotion from laughter to tears. Hundreds of people walked for friends and relatives somehow touched by cancer.

Dolce Anniversary : Bill and Angie Dolce celebrated 65 years of marriage on the 24th of May. My dad, Sam was their Best Man. My dad didn't really know Bill, but one night Bill walked into the barraks and said "Is anyone here Catholic?" My dad said "I am.." Bill told him he was getting married the next day and he needed a witness. This beginning forged a friendship with Bill and Angie that lasted more than 65 years. The best part was Mary, the maid of honor, was also there! How many people reach their 65th anniversary and still manage to have their bridal party with them?!?!
